1) Forward (Forward)

If the skipper felt the need to quickly turn the boat left, the positions
participants are seated on the left side of rowing backwards movement.
To clarify the instructions, usually skipper will tell you right forward and left
backwards! This means that participants who sat on the right side forward rowing motion,
while participants are seated on the left side of rowing backwards movement.
4) Turn Right (Turn Right)
Instructions are provided to deflect the boat toward the right, opposite of
instruction turn left (turn left), done with rowing movement forward by the participants sit
on the left side of the boat, while participants are seated on the right side of the boat is
the position of stop rowing.
If the skipper felt the need to turn the boat to right quickly, then the position
participants who sits on the right to paddle backwards movement.
To clarify the instructions, usually skipper would say the left forward and right
backwards! This means that participants who sat on the left do dayungan forward,
while participants are seated on the right to paddle backwards movement.
5) Stop (Stop)
Instructions are given to stop the rowing motion, where all the oars are not
resides in the water, on the handheld with a position above the lap.
